In this collection of essays on Chan's documentary and feature films seven experts on cultural and film studies examine the unique blending of fictional representation, historical investigation, and critical essayism that characterize Chan's oeuvre. They discuss how Chan’s work brings out the contradictory nature of the distant and recent past through his exploration of Hong Kong's rapid transformation before and after reunification with China in 1997. The volume concludes with an interview with Evans Chan on his work to date and includes two DVDs containing five of his most important films.

大陸遊戲市場 取代美國登全球第一大

（中央社記者羅秀文台北27日電）行動裝置帶動遊戲市場成長，市調機構NewZoo指出，今年全球遊戲市場規模可達915億美元，年增9%；其中大陸遊戲市場今年規模可達222億美元，超越美國躍升全球第一大市場。

Google今天在台北舉辦「Think Gaming withGoogle」媒體聚會，探討遊戲市場的趨勢和機會，遊戲市場研究機構NewZoo國際事業發展副總經理修特(WybeSchutte)指出，在智慧型手機、智慧手錶等行動裝置普及帶動下，全球遊戲市場今年規模可達915億美元，年增率9%；2018年預估達到1135億美元，2020年以後更將超過2000億美元，商機龐大。

其中，2015年中國大陸遊戲市場規模可望達到222億美元，超越美國的220億美元，躍升全球第一大市場。

行動遊戲市場方面，修特指出，隨著行動裝置普及，預估2018年全球行動遊戲市場規模將達到442億美元，年複合成長率達15.9%，成為遊戲市場最大的區塊。

修特指出，中國大陸目前已是全球第一大行動遊戲市場，預估今年市場規模將達65億美元，佔全球行動遊戲市場的29%；預估到2018年以前，大陸行動遊戲市場規模將達到110億美元，年複合成長率為16.1%。

他指出，東南亞市場因講英文的人口佔比高，對遊戲廠商來說，進入的門檻較低，將是未來幾年行動遊戲成長最快速的市場，年複合成長率可達30.2%。今年整體東南亞遊戲市場規模預估達到16億美元，2018年將倍增至34億美元。

在付費玩家方面，修特指出，中國大陸的付費玩家有69%是男性，比例高過東南亞市場的66%。值得注意的是，東南亞國家10到20歲的付費玩家中，有25%是男性，遠遠超過大陸的4%。

修特表示，因應各國市場玩家的特性，遊戲廠商的策略須因地制宜，例如外來的遊戲在東南亞市場受歡迎，廠商可根據玩家的性別結構和對遊戲的偏好，選擇進入的國家。1040727
